End your week with a one-hour mindful flow for all levels. My hope for this class is to bring together a community that will serve as a weekly encouragement and reminder of your ability to reset and recenter in your mind, body and spirit. This class will incorporate movement, breath-work, intention setting, readings, and whatever other tools feel needed each week!
This class is taught in person at The Yoga Nest in Venice, California.
